By accessing and using ProInvest services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Our Services
ProInvest provides comprehensive property sales services including:
- Professional property marketing and advertising
- 360° virtual tours and multimedia content
- Legal documentation and compliance support
- Complete sales process management
- Real-time progress tracking and reporting
Payment Terms
Our payment structure is designed to minimize your risk:
- No upfront costs - you only pay when properties sell
- Commission-based pricing: 2-5.5% based on property value
- Payment only upon successful property sale
- Services available in Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia
Business Model
ProInvest operates on a zero-risk investment approach:
- Full-Service VIP Model - complete service package from website to closing
- Limited capacity - only 2 VIP properties accepted monthly
- Primary focus on building investors and developers
- Expanding to Montenegro (Budva, Kotor, Podgorica) and Croatia (Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Split)
Obligations
Both parties have specific obligations under this agreement:
Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete property information
- Cooperate with our marketing and sales efforts
- Ensure legal compliance of property documentation
- Provide access to property for photography and virtual tours
ProInvest Obligations
- Provide professional marketing and sales services
- Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Offer ongoing support throughout the sales process
- Create and maintain custom property website
- Provide professional photography and virtual tours
Liability
ProInvest's liability is limited to the services provided. We are not liable for market conditions, property values, or external factors beyond our control. Our success depends on market conditions and buyer interest.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination. No payment is required if no sale occurs.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Serbian law and any disputes will be resolved in Serbian courts.
